Fics like Game Changer

“Ryu Sarang, this is Narai Koko. She’ll be your doubles partner.” Sarang speaks before she can think. “You’re tall.” She’s mildly embarrassed, mainly because it came out sounding like an insult, but she wasn’t wrong. Koko giggled in response, unlike the shy demeanor she had just a second ago. “I know, I get that a lot.” She fixes her posture and stands straight, Sarang thinks she grows at least another two inches. “5’9, and still slightly growing.” Sarang’s pretty sure her jaw just dropped, because she stands at a whopping 5’4 and she suddenly feels like the world is collapsing in on her. “Um.. Coach?” The coach hums in response, looking up from the clipboard. “Are you sure that our heights won’t make it difficult?” The coach chuckles, shaking her head. “It’s exactly why I paired you two together.” OR Sarang is a part of her school's badminton team. Against her will (she fully agreed), she plays doubles for the season. When she realizes she might just have feelings for her partner Koko, things spiral before a romance can begin.
