Fics like bejeweled

“You ever fought in a skirt, Clark?” Clark Kent glances towards his cousin, sprawled on his couch, Krypto lying on top of her as she scratches behind his ear just the way he likes it. The dog’s blissed out, uncharacteristically quiet. “Well, I— I can’t say that I have.” “Hm. How about in heels?” Kara thinks it’s sweet, the way he pauses and frowns and actually thinks about it. “…no,” he says at last. “No, I did not.” “And when you made my costume, did it, at any point, cross your mind that maybe it wouldn’t be the most practical thing?” He clears his throat and rubs the back of his neck. “Well,” he says, “Wonder Woman wears a skirt.” or: Kara pokes fun at Clark over her suit's design.
