Then a mysterious child from the future appears on the night Sirius is supposed to leave, one impossible warning changes everything. Regulus leaves too. Suddenly, the future no longer exists. Refusing to abandon Regulus, Sirius changes history with a single choice. Together, the three of them flee Grimmauld Place. But changing the past proves far easier than living with it. As old prejudices begin to crack, and a war quietly gathers on the horizon, one question begins to haunt them all: If fate can be changed once... what else was never inevitable?
