Fics like Loose Lips Sink Ships

Goh has a little too much to drink at his birthday party. Luckily, Gary volunteers to get him home safely. Or maybe unluckily, since Goh is a chatty drunk and Gary fucking Oak is the last person he wants to be spilling his secrets to. Goh rouses at the sound of Gary’s voice, lifting his head off the wall to squint at him in the dim lighting. “Gary?” “Yeah. I’m here to take you home.” Gary is prepped for a fight, honestly. Or a few acidic remarks about Gary needing to mind his own business, at the very least. He doesn’t expect Goh’s face to split into a delighted grin right before he flings himself at Gary, arms wrapping around his neck. He lets out a little “oof” sound on impact, instinctively wrapping his arms around Goh’s middle to keep the younger man steady. “You made it!” Goh cries, burying his face in the crook of Gary’s neck. “Thought you weren’ comin’.”
