Fics like What if we kissed in a liminal space where nothing makes sense?

It seemed to happen in slow motion. The buzz of the lights echoing, the yellow walls spinning through his vision until they became the floor, his arm reaching out to the side to grab onto something, anything, to catch his fall- And then his hand went through the wall. (And yes, he did face-plant). Not even registering the soreness from the fall, Wolfwood’s head shot up, staring at where his wrist ended and the wall began. He flexed his fingers. Yup. He still had a hand. It was just… not here anymore? “Fuck?” Wolfwood gasped, yanking his arm back to his side. - Working a late shift at the Waffle House, Wolfwood stumbles upon a hidden doorway to an incomprehensible space. While it *is* creepy, he can't help wanting to explore it. But there's one issue: Someone- or some *entity*- is living there. And it's... holding his hand?
