Fics like Metanoia

Metanoia /ˌmɛtəˈnɔɪə/: a complete and profound transformation of one's perspective or way of life. The Fourth Shinobi World War is over, but for Hinata Hyuga, the truest battle has just begun. Haunted by severe trauma and the crushing guilt of loss, she finds herself trapped within the confines of her own mind. Meanwhile, Naruto Uzumaki finds himself grounded. Stuck at the Academy and waiting for his prosthetic arm to be completed, the hero of the leaf finally has time to reflect - and to notice the silent suffering of the kunoichi who stood by him on the battlefield. Seeking to uphold a sacred vow, Naruto steps into Hinata's world to pull her from the darkness. But as they share quiet, intimate moments of healing, a shift occurs. When Hinata's popularity rises across the Land of Fire and her time grows scarce, Naruto is forced to confront feelings he has never experienced before. Disclaimer: Set during the post-war "Blank Period," this story diverges from 'The Last: Naruto the Movie' to offer an alternative development for NaruHina, alongside a gritty, realistic look at the aftermath of the global conflict. It is, quite simply, the continuation I always wanted to read. Enjoy! ;)
