Fics like Such A Nice Guy!

Harold was the nicest, friendliest guy you'd ever want to meet, always there with a smile on his face, ready to pull up a chair for some congenial conversation. Add to that his being well-read, soft-spoken, hardworking, and overall just a good guy, and you'd have a pretty good picture of the Navy seaman. Did he have a few quirks? Sure, didn't everyone? Hell, the guys on Lieutenant Craig Garrison's team had their full share of quirks themselves. (Actually, even though he'd never admit to the fact, the lieutenant himself had a tidy assortment of quirks in his back pocket too.) So when they needed help at the Mansion, when Garrison's Plan A, then his backup Plan B, for getting that help fell through, the young lieutenant had been relieved when Colonel Joe Anderson sent Harold in their direction to lend a hand. After all, it was just a simple, if somewhat tedious, job that needed doing. What could possibly go wrong?? Especially with a nice guy like Harold!!
