Fics like A Version of Me with a Spark in Her Eyes (That I Don't Have)

Our story begins with Ranma falling into the same Spring of Drowned Girl, but what comes out is… a completely unchanged Ranma? Sure, the guide still said the springs are cursed, but magic isn’t real, and Ranma isn’t slowly turning into a girl… right? Or, what if Ranma was the only one to fall into a spring at Jusenkyo and instead of it being an instant back and forth change, Ranma is slowly turning into a girl, and maybe doesn’t mind as much as he thought he would.
