Fics like Not A Lot, Just Forever.

Propeller Knight finds King Knight absolutely fascinating, somebody who he can't quite crack what's underneath that perfect golden exterior. He wants nothing more than to figure out the person behind the mask. King Knight feels a similar way, Propeller Knight is somebody he doesn't understand. So open, so loved, so kind despite everything. He wants to figure out how the other ticks, how he can wear his heart on his sleeve and smile, unless that's just a facade of course. They'll both get what they want in the end... And more! [Title from a Adrianne Lenker song by the same name]
