Fics like I'll miss you (please stay)

Moomin is sad that Snufkin is leaving for the winter, so Snufkin promises that he'll spend the first night of hibernation with him, then leave the next morning. Things don't go exactly as planned, and he ends up staying for the entire winter. On the first day of spring, Joxter arrives, and tells Moominpapa that he has recently found out that he has a son that lives in the area. Moominpapa connects the dots and realizes that Snufkin is the child that Joxter is talking about. The two wait for Moomin and Snufkin to wake up, and for a second, Snufkin does not believe that Joxter is truly his father. Or Snufkin hibernates with Moomin
