Fics like Fated By Blood

It was during World War II that Sub-Leftenant Gordic Albert Holmes was saved by a common soldier, Gunner Frider Lorang Lestrade. They survived hell together. At the end of it, they swore a blood oath to combine their families as one. Years later, Siger Holmes and Anaïs Lestrade missed their chance to marry. But they agreed that the contract would pass on to their children. After yet another decade, Mycroft Holmes has to bury his father. As he is about to get kicked out of his ancestral home, he asks for the one thing that he knows no one would possibly want. Then he embarks on a trip to a place where he hopes he can seek help. Since he has no friends, money, power, or position; invoking the blood debt between the Holmes and Lestrade families is all he has left. He’s willing to do whatever he has to do!
