Fics like You have mail!

The boy can’t be older than Claudia, he’s probably her age. But he’s deceptively stronger than Federico expected. And there's more to him than he first expects... Why is he reading Uberto Alberti's mail when he's supposed to be delivering it? Federico is intrigued and wants to know more. But more isn't always good he finds when the kid accidentally uncovers a conspiracy out for his family's blood. Desmond didn’t really know what to do at first when he arrived in 1475, a year before everything starts. He just roamed around Firenze for a while. He was young again. His body free of so many scars and so much pain. After a lot of thinking about pros and cons and what he could actually do as a fifteen-year-old in 15th Century Firenze without parents, he chose to become a runner, a mailboy. And perhaps if some of the Templars their mail gets lost or destroyed in transit, who's going to know it was him?
