Fics like ode to the marigold

Does his team see that, looking at him now? Do they see the blood that had covered him like ink? That drippled out over his lips because of his greed of needing more? Do they see him as a monster? Delicious melody, heavenly song, tantalizing and warm. Can't stop. Doesn't want to stop. Is he a monster? Keith drags his tongue across his teeth, searching for a hint of that metallic taste. He feels like one. ___ Keith wakes up on a strange planet he doesn't remember and is faced with a tight-lipped team that can't look him in the eye. His scattered memories show him nothing but blood and gore, and he's left with the understanding that things will never be the same again.
