Fics like Road Trip

Turns out road trips are great for bonding. Paul and Daryl go on a run alone together and learn some things about each other. It's gay as hell and surprisingly not sad. This takes place in the canon universe but who knows when?? not me lmao. -- Daryl throws the keys to Paul from where he’s standing by the driver’s side door. He’s almost always shotgun, driving never feels right when he’s not on his bike and he’d rather keep watch and leave the work to someone else. “I… uh… Can’t actually drive.” He shrugs and offers a sheepish smile. “Holy shit,” Daryl stands there stunned for a second, then what Paul said kicks in and he tries his hardest not to laugh, “Then why’d you try to steal our fucking truck?!”
