Fics like We'll Make It This Time

By the eighteenth jump back in time to save the world, James Lake Jr. was beyond tired. He was pretty sure he never slept anymore, and waking up to his alarm clock’s metallic screeching every reset didn’t help. The sound of Jim’s alarm clock blaring was his least favorite sound in the world. The second was the sound of Merlin talking. Without opening his eyes, his hand bumped around his cluttered side table until his fingers brushed against the digital clock, then slammed a fist down on the snooze button. Or: The Time Stone has fused itself to the Amulet, and every time Jim dies, the world restarts. The Amulet has chosen him as Trollhunter once again. All Jim wants is a long rest, and maybe some breakfast.
