Fics like When You Forgot Us

When Benedict wakes from the accident, he remembers everyone, his family, his friends, even the smallest details of his past, except Sophie, the woman he once loved more than anything. To him, she is now a stranger. But to Sophie, Benedict is still the love of her life. Refusing to let go, she dedicates herself to helping him remember. She recreates their happiest moments, clings to every fragile sign of hope, and fights against the heartbreak of being forgotten by the one person she could never forget. Yet as time passes, he grows weary of the pressure and chooses to move forward without the memories Sophie desperately tries to revive. Heartbroken and exhausted, she finally lets him go. But losing Sophie becomes the very thing that stirs something deep within Benedict. Flashbacks begin to haunt him, moments of laughter, promises whispered in the dark, the feeling of loving someone so deeply that even amnesia cannot erase it. As memories slowly resurface, He is forced to confront a painful question: was love ever truly forgotten or merely buried beneath fear and loss?
