It was a very valid question; that didn’t mean he liked the implication. “But why would you want him to have a body instead of a second me?” The sight of a plotting grin caused Avery to retract by a fraction. Derlord leaned in closer, not letting him get away. “Because if he’s in the clone…” he said quietly, as if sharing a secret he didn’t want anyone to overhear. “I won’t get migraines anymore.” Avery is glad that there’s a solution. He only wishes that it didn't have to come with a grumpy eldritch roommate.
