Fics like Malcontented and Unwarm

__________ Simon's fought so fiercely to live, to carve out space for himself with bared teeth and bloodied fists, but the force and drive that kept him surviving just isn't anywhere near enough in the face of this complete hopelessness. And so he slumps to his knees to see if he'll get lucky enough to slip gently into oblivion. And isn't that some sick fucking joke. ___________________________________ Simon can't help but be pissed with himself. This is what he wanted, after all, this is what he sacrificed himself to do and he just can't be fucking happy about it. Most of all he just really doesn't want this man to kill him. "I really- I-i'm sorry. I won't fight anymore. I can take it. I just- I-i really don't wanna die." It's utterly irrational, but some part of him he hasn't killed yet was actually ecstatic at being desired. He can't help but feel crushed at the fact even this man is recoiling away from him like he's fucking disgusting and repulsive. Maybe because he is. ___________________________________ Self indulgent platonic bloodymary fic in which Grace finds a teenager who's been cast into space to die. Someone get that man a child.
