After dying in the snow beneath Cyber City’s flickering lights, Tenna wakes up in the distant past—back during Spamton’s Addison years, long before the fame, the strings, and the loneliness that would one day destroy him. Confused and desperate, Tenna finds himself taken in by the Addisons, reimagined as a chaotic but loving family: gentle Azure, sharp-tongued Fanta, reckless Speedy, warm-hearted Anne, and a younger Spamton who still smiles too easily and dreams too big. But living beside this version of Spamton becomes far more painful than Tenna expected. Because this Spamton isn’t broken yet. He’s affectionate, honest, hopeful—and every day Tenna spends with him only deepens the grief of knowing what he’ll eventually become. Torn between protecting the future and falling in love all over again, Tenna struggles with the crushing weight of memory while Spamton slowly notices the sadness hidden behind his humor. As their bond grows from awkward companionship into something undeniably romantic, Tenna is forced to confront a terrifying question: If he truly loves Spamton… can he change fate before the strings find him again?
