Fics like Assessments

Maybe this is why the BSAA decided to hold mandatory mycelial activity assessments with the purpose of precautionary psychological-biological evaluations, and operational safety. Official reasons. Unofficially? The higher ups just wanted Ethan Winters to be too exhausted to polish his answers, and give instinctive responses. Something that help them figure out what he is and what the megamycete is. This is when he finds it hard to separate himself from the mycelial network. The problem is…this is also when Ethan gives batshit crazy answers that either makes you believe he is voicing impulsive thoughts, or you’re talking to some eldritch entity trying to translate things into human language…and failing. Leon S. Kennedy, as Ethan’s assigned handler, did warn that his answers might leave them a bit shaken. Chris Redfield said, “Let them feel existential crisis over some bureaucracy bullshit.” Well…then so be it. [Rang birange naaz uthaa ke, yaar ko apne ppas bithaa ke... sajnaa ke sajde me rehne rehne lage...]
