Over the flames he can see Derek with wide eyes, head slightly tipped toward the sky and looking like he can’t breathe, but that’s all Stiles gets before his vision blurs out. He can feel the energy running through is body like never before, a hundred times worse than it has been and he legitimately feels like he’s being ripped apart, like he’s exploding into a million pieces. A sharp, awful pain rips through his skull, and then he does fall over.
