Fics like come and be alone with me

Six o’clock sharp on a Friday bristling night, and Billy Hargrove is already freezing his ass off in the middle of Hawkins woods, more pissed than he usually is —which is saying something. Generally, this kind of mood belongs to home, after a fight with his father because he came back too late again; or to basketball practice, where his teammates can barely manage to pass him the ball without screwing it up somehow. Friday evening is an exception to this routine. Because at six o’clock sharp, Billy is neither at home nor on the court. Instead, he’s sitting stiff at a damp picnic table buried in the forest, waiting —impatiently, bitterly, and still pissed off beyond reason— for no other than the infamous Eddie “the Freak” Munson. Lucky him.
