Fics like Hero of Ishval

“Little outside of speculation is known about Taylor Hebert’s origins, early life, and arrival in Ishval. Whether she be a deniable asset from Drachma, or a cage fighter from Creta, or an Aerugan arms dealer providing weapons to the Ishvalan freedom fighters, all are popular, but unfounded theories. What is known, is that the first confirmable instance of her presence occurred on January 18, 1906, when she was recovered from the site of an Amestrian shelling in Kanda with atypical wounds on her person—as attested to by both surviving Ishvalans and Amestrians.” -An excerpt from Notable Figures in the Twentieth Century, Erika Bernholt (2005)
