Fics like What You Promised Me From The Start (You Break As Easily As My Heart)

Something is strumming through Daniel. Something cold and unpleasant, something almost painful. Something not his. He watches how Armand tenses, how his body slowly goes rigid like a panther getting ready to pounce on its prey, how his shoulders square and his back straightens. Armand’s jaw clenches and Daniel can hear the wet sound of his fangs digging into the meaty part of his inner cheeks. Pain to ground the monster. It dawns on Daniel that what he can feel, is his maker. Armand’s feelings, specifically his hurt and rage rushing through him, is being projected through their bond and it’s near unbearable. This intimacy is like nothing else. This sudden unique form of closeness makes Daniel dizzy. • Daniel and Armand reunite. Emotions are running high.
