Fics like Stars

Ruby couldn’t believe she’d let Yang drag her here. As she sat at the table, chin propped up in her hand, she found the flashing lights irritating to her eyes and the pounding, bass-boosted music grating on her ears. The redhead idly swirled the glass of soda in her hand, a glass that she hadn’t even taken a sip from, as she valiantly fought the headache coming on. This was not her scene at all.. She would’ve much rather been at home playing her video games, chugging energy drinks, and yelling into her headset. But her sister had successfully guilt-tripped her into being the elder’s designated driver for the night. Ruby had assumed that it would just be another bar, as per usual for Yang. The twenty-two year old had never even considered that it might actually be a strip club of all places.
