“Dr. Robby!” A nurse calls, jogging up to them. “We have results on that patient in 3.” Robby takes the paper and Dennis swallows, shifting on his feet. He waits while Robby reads, and then goes still at the look on his mentor’s face. “What is it?” Robby hands him the paper silently. Dennis reads it, rereads it, and then has to will himself not to drop it. The ground sways beneath his feet. "No fucking way." or, when Dennis and Robby unknowingly treat a patient carrying a strain of the plague, they have to be quarantined as the hospital goes into lockdown. But what are they going to do trapped alone for hours? And what happens when Dennis starts coughing?
