Fics like Starting at Zero

Captured and imprisoned deep within a Weyland-Yutani black site, an aging Yautja Arbiter becomes the third in a trinity of unlikely captives: a lethal Praetorian-class Xenomorph and a fractured experimental human woman. Forging a bond through unexpected empathy, Arbiter Karu’un defies every tenet of his culture to rescue both the experiment and the monster. Now, they are hunted by ethically corrupt scientists and a legacy of duty as ancient as the Yautja race itself, even as the woman’s uncontrolled power looms as an ever-present threat to their survival. As the unlikely shipmates find their new normal, Karu’un’s attempts to keep them at a distance. But he finds himself captivated by the woman's resilience, his discipline giving way to a yearning he can’t ignore. A growing attraction that forces him to realize she is no longer just a rescued oddity, but someone he is willing to break every law to keep.
