Fics like mirrored

AU of Season 3, diverging from Episode 2. Butcher doesn't take Temp V to fight Gunpowder, and Homelander actually suffers the PR consequences of his speech. He has a comeback plan and Butcher is forced to be a part of it, but that's fine—he has a plan of his own. The scorched earth is briefly put on hold.
