Fics like I have emotional motion sickness

Why is Clark out to get him? Hasn’t he been a good boyfriend? Hasn’t he? Maybe he hasn’t, maybe he’s so sick in the brain that even Clark can sense it. Maybe by fattening him up, he would get back at Bruce for clearly ruining his life. Maybe- “Bruce? Breakfast is ready.” Clark’s grating voice was outside the bathroom door. Unknown to anybody, Bruce had been struggling with food for nearly two decades. Unknown to anybody, Bruce stopped taking his medication. What follows is a man who couldn't stop himself from falling into a hole of intense disordered eating, paranoia, and unhealthy coping mechanisms that could cost him his life. That is, if the ones who love him don't stop him first.
