Fics like Out Loud

“I don’t want to wait anymore,” Shane says. “I need the whole fucking world to know how much I love you.” “Shane,” Ilya croaks as Shane reveals a fucking ring box. “What the fuck.” “I know you said you wanted to propose to me at the cottage on the dock and I’m sorry for stealing your moment -” “No you’re not,” Ilya interrupts, tears flowing freely down his cheeks because Shane Fucking Hollander is down on one knee for him in the middle of the fucking ice rink where they just won the fucking Stanley Cup together. The crowd might be silent or they might be screaming - Ilya has no fucking idea because nothing exists outside of Shane Fucking Hollander on one knee for him at centre ice. or Six times Shane surprised Ilya and one time Ilya surprised Shane. Featuring Shane loving Ilya out loud, torturing Ilya with increasingly NSFW selfies, a wedding, and both of them continuing to be surprised by the depth of their love for each other.
