Fics like For the Right Reasons

Shane Hollander, first-round draft pick of 2009, captain of the legendary Montreal Metros, is twenty-seven years old and has never won the Stanley Cup; it's starting to seem like maybe he never will. Enter ABC's The Bachelor. Shane's mom and his agent seem to think this reality show might be the ticket for him to reinvent himself in the public eye. All he needs to do is be charismatic, flirtatious, and witty... in front of a camera... and thirty girls he’s not actually interested in marrying. Thank goodness for producer Ilya Rozanov, who's taken a weirdly personal interest in helping Shane out with all of this...
