Fics like We Will Never Let You Go

Rib-cracking hugs, tears and a very delicious chocolate cake. This is everything that Mari needs to come to the conclusion that everyone in her friend group has apparently gone insane. Everyone seems to be completely obsessed with making sure that her life is the most enjoyable thing ever, but at the same time there is an underlying tension that permeates the whole group. Some unspoken thing that hangs over her friends like a corpse from a tree. And Mari… Mari is starting to get really freaked out. IN OTHER WORDS: Time Travel Fix-it, but the whole post-truth Faraway gang has been transported to when Mari was still alive. HOWEVER: every single member of the group believes that they are the only one who went back, and is too scared to open up to the others. Shenanigans and crack ensue
