Fics like When the Moon Chose You

The moon chose him at eight. Too early, they said. Too young to understand. But the thread still appeared. Under a blood moon, a red string wrapped around Kim Taehyung’s wrist and led him to the future Alpha of the Daegu Pack. The whole mountain saw it. The whole pack believed. And Taehyung believed too. He stayed close. Learned him. Loved him quietly. Built his world around a bond that felt certain, even when nothing else did. Until the night it was taken from him. A week before their mating, Park Bogum chooses another. A future that made more sense. A life that fit better. Taehyung stands there, asked to release something he never imagined losing. But the thread does not break. It softens. It fades. But it never leaves. They call him wolfless. Tell him to move on. Tell him the moon has already decided. Taehyung tries. But something in him refuses. Because the bond was never wrong. Only unfinished. And somewhere far from the life he lost, someone has felt it too. Not loudly. Not all at once. But quietly, all this time. Waiting. Finding his way back. To the one the moon chose first.
