Fics like of my eye

‘Let’s put it this way—’ His brain echoed, Kazui's voice hazy and faint, ‘you got caught in a bank robbery. The criminal has successfully blocked off the police. You look at them and think they seem pretty weak at first glance and appear to be unarmed. Would you try to subdue them yourself?’ ‘…Yeah,’ Fuuta had replied, almost automatically, ‘you said they're weak and have no weapons on them, right? If I felt like I could take them on, I'd take that chance. Everyone else in the building’s life is on the line. Those who can fight, should.’ Kazui laughed at that. ‘I wouldn't recommend that. They could be concealing a weapon, and also be much stronger than you think. They might even have an accomplice you didn't notice. You shouldn't act until you can be absolutely sure in your assessment. Your feelings might have you getting ahead of yourself.’ A fic about Fuuta Kajiyama and his relationship with heroism, failure, cowardice and Kazui Mukuhara who embodies all three, including the quiet and the loud in their everyday lives.
