Brendon continues his study of the woman over the rim of his coffee cup, glancing to his sketchbook occasionally as plausible deniability that he’s not fully checking her out. From the corner of his eye he catches a sun ray of a smile and watches her move to the side of the counter after paying. He tries to focus back in on his sketching. When he looks up again the woman is clutching a mug with some sort of foamy drink, and her golden honey eyes blink around once, twice, then lock on his own blue-grey ones. “Dr. Park?” Fuck, he’s done for.
