Peter Parker is eight years old when he notices the name, it happens on a Tuesday morning while he’s getting dressed for school. There is nothing particularly special about the moment, Peter is just about to pull his shirt over his head when he glances towards the mirror on the back of his bedroom door and notices something strange near his shoulder. He stops what he is doing, dropping the shirt on the floor before moving closer to the mirror. Peter freezes, his eyes locked on the letters that sit cleanly below his collar bone like they had been carefully written in black ink.
