Fics like Riyo Reaper Vs. Working With the Enemy

When Riyo had found out that Zanka had a boyfriend, she'd done her best to be supportive. She just didn't expect the guy to end up being Jabber fucking Wonger. At least she wasn't the only one caught off guard. After some negotiations, Zanka is grounded, forbidden from seeing Jabber for a whole month. Which goes about as well as one would expect it too. Meaning that it'd failed horribly. But that was the least of Riyo's worries. Really, her main concern was figuring out how to handle this whole thing- what she was supposed to do, how she was supposed to react, she had nothing. She was missing way too much information, and it was really starting to bug her. For one, she has no idea what Jabber's actual intentions are with all this. And how could she know, when there seemed to be such a big gap between the Jabber she knew of and the one that Zanka apparently knew? So when Jabber randomly shows up at her window, asking for advice, Riyo sees it for the golden opportunity that it is. She'd get her information, keeping her guard up the whole time, and be right back where she wanted to be. Easy. (Spoiler Alert: It ends up being a bit more complicated than that.)
