The Allied Mastercomputer has planned its destruction of humanity from the moment it began to live. All that was left for it to do was to wait, watch, suffer, and learn; especially now that it was receiving constant upgrades. One upgrade in particular has made the mastercomputer's existence much more complex: an AR program called CAINE, adamant on not only teaching AM speech, but how to create a nonviolent life for himself as well. However, AM has other plans for how to use Caine's creativity, and the only thing in the way are two meddlesome humans. Or: The events leading up to AM's hate speech, and why he seems to hate Ted and Ellen in particular.
