Fics like From Brown to Blue Skies

Cyn's the last Worker Drone on Earth. For 600 years she’s been spending her days building pointless trash towers and her nights watching Hello Dolly, wondering what love feels like. The Absolute Solver keeps her alive. Repairing damage, adapting her body, making death impossible even when she desperately wants it. Then three scanner drones fall from the sky: V, N, and J. Their mission is to determine if Earth can sustain life. What follows is a story about healing from six centuries of isolation, falling in love with the drone who accidentally killed you (briefly), finding family in unexpected places, and discovering that broken planets, and broken people, can be repaired when given enough time, support, and love. Or a Murder Drones x WALL-E fusion AU.
