Fics like if not for this

It only took a moment before the physician smiled. “Well,” he said, with satisfaction. “That settles it. You are approximately nine weeks along, Your Highness.” Nine weeks. Without thinking, Will’s hand drifted down, resting against his lower abdomen. There was nothing there, not really. No visible change, no difference he could feel beneath his palm yet. ......... or: As an Omega, Will knows what he was married for. It was merely to form a political alliance between their two kingdoms. So when he finds himself pregnant, and Mike suddenly begins to care in ways he never did before, the reason seems obvious. It’s not love, it’s only the heir. And then, when he loses the baby, Will is certain he will lose everything else too.
