Fics like viva la vida

The forest has always had its own rules. Wolves rule the woods, packs scattered across the island beneath ancient trees that remember far more than the creatures who live beneath them. Fae build their homes high in the branches where the forest grows around them. Vampires keep to abandoned towns beyond the treeline, living in the quiet spaces the world forgot. For a long time, that distance kept the peace. Then the hunters started pushing deeper into the woods. What begins as scattered traps and uneasy sightings slowly turns into something far more dangerous. The humans are not just hunting creatures anymore. They are studying them. Mapping their territory. Building something meant to trap the entire forest. Stopping them will require something that hasn’t existed in generations. Trust. But old alliances are fragile, memories have a way of resurfacing when you least expect them, and Felix, the wolf who once wandered the forest alone, may be carrying a secret that changes everything. Because sometimes the things that reshape the world are the ones that have been hidden among it all along. - updates wednesdays & sundays <3
