He looks left and then right, pauses, and then does it again. Nothing. It’s not until he looks to the driveway to see if he can see the Camaro that he sees Danny standing in the pathway between the driveway and the door, soaking wet, holding his arms folded to his chest, blinking up at him as he ducks his head slightly from the rain.
