Fics like Fortune favors the level-headed, Love favors the strong-hearted

The first half followed Xie Yuchen and Hei Xiazi into a deadly conspiracy. Attacked by a mysterious enemy, they avenged fallen teammates. Xie saw past Hei’s careless act and understood his true nature. They fell in love and saved the galaxy with Zhang and others. The second half centered on Zhang Qiling and Wu Xie. In a solar system split among Earth, Mars, and the Asteroid Belt, police officer Zhang on Ceres in the Belt searched for missing young Earthling Wu. He gradually learned Wu was his favorite virtual idol and childhood friend. But Zhang himself had lost early memories due to his strange physical condition, and he would also gradually discover the truth behind it. Actually, Wu had long fought for the Belt, believing Zhang's death had been caused by the unjust discrimination against the Belt. Moved by Wu’s devotion, Zhang found, saved, resurrected and protected Wu. Powerful factions pursued their special constitutions. But together they defeated enemies and won the Belt its freedom. What I want to convey through this fan fiction: Fortune favors the level-headed, Love favors the strong-hearted. Xie and Hei’s relationship fit the first part; Zhang and Wu’s bond matched the second.
