Fics like Why Would a Man be There? (Was Gonna Sleep Alone (I Promise, I Was))

Strictly speaking, Will Byers was never meant to be at a Renee Rapp concert. I mean, yeah, he was gay, but not that kind of gay. Robin had originally planned to go with her girlfriend, and now she had one spare ticket. And apparently Will was the only gay person she knew to fill that vacancy. Which was how Will ended up here. As the opening notes of Good Girl started, Robin grabbed his arm and screamed. Will laughed despite himself and let her pull him into the chaos. He didn't care how stupid he looked, or how off key he sounded. Robin was jumping on his left. A stranger on his right. Or Will Byers has a crazy dream about meeting a stranger at a concert. With the concert date coming closer, will Will remember the stranger's face?
