Fics like Delayed Onset

Stiles barked out a weak laugh and got a mouthful of pool water for his trouble. He spit it out. Kept swimming. “You? Mellow?” “I’m mellow.” Derek groused and the teen snorted, his eyes scrunching closed with his incredulous smile. “Not the word I’d use. Pissy. That’s the word I’d-” Derek spit water at his face and Stiles jerked his his head away and spluttered another laugh. The sudden spasm of movement made him wince, though, and gasp in pain. His eyes fluttered closed again and for a few minutes he just breathed through his teeth. He didn't know how much longer he could keep them afloat like this. ---- “Missing scenes" expansion on the S2x04 “Abomination” episode. SO MUCH BANTER. Mild angst & h/c
