One day, during routine medication rounds, there’s a small pink pill sitting in the base of their cup. When asked, the nurse just smiles and says “Take the pill, sweetheart.” They know what would happen if they were to protest. The pill is taken, their mouth examined to ensure the pills were swallowed; and with that, the nurse is gone. The strange occurrences don’t stop after that, though.
