Fics like Shelter

Felix reached out, then stopped when Chan withdrew, eyeing him warily. It hurt more than it should have. “I know my people don’t have the best reputation,” Felix sighed. “But I assure you, I’m not your run-of-the-mill fairy. You see me here, in your realm, and I haven’t set foot in mine for over a century. I promise I won’t try and trick you. If you help me save him, I can help you with that.” Chan’s eyes were going from Felix’s face to his own fingers, looking suspicious. “Are you a healer?” Felix shook his head no. “I can do salves and concoctions if I have the right herbs but don’t have healing magic. What I do have is a trick I’m going to use on him, and I can use it on you too. I can take your pain away.” Both the boy and the werewolf raised surprised eyebrows at the statement, and Felix felt that he needed to be more specific. “Not for good, or forever. But I can, for a bit. If you help me help him, I’ll help you. Simple as that.” OR The one about Dragons, Fairies, Werewolves, freaky priests and found family.
