Fics like A Prelude

"I am Thor of the Æsir and I mean to slay any frost giant who dares to cross my path!" "You've come a long way to die, Ása-Thor." Thor is young and reckless, eager to slay one of the ferocious frost giants and have the skalds sing songs of his mighty deed. He sneaks into Jötunheimr, but the giant he meets is nothing like the hulking, bloodthirsty creatures from the age-old stories they tell in Asgard. This fic has gone through major edits in November of 2017
