Fics like Violet Blue. Part 9. Radiant Swordmaster

"Seventeen years old, one hundred and sixty-eight centimetres, very cute! And this cute face is going to become Tellius's most finest blade soon!" Mia left Begnion with a head full of dreams, a journal full of dramatic entries, and a sword she barely knew how to use. She wanted adventures, rivals, to save the world like the heroes in her stories at the very least. She did not expect to get captured in her first real battle though... Now, freed by a gruff mercenary commander and thrown into the middle of a war she actually signed up for, Mia finds herself among the Greil Mercenaries—a ragtag family of sellswords hiding a princess, hunted by an empire, and carrying secrets heavier than any blade. Her diary said she'd find her archrival in white robes. Instead, she found a grieving son, a prickly cat laguz, a mage who keeps stealing her snacks, and the lingering shadow of a knight in black armor. Some stories don't go according to plan. This one's just getting started. The Origin. The Beginning. And subsequently, The End. What waits her at the end? Perhaps it's a story for another entry.
