Fics like reverse kidnapping (John Carter’s foolproof guide to getting a boyfriend)

Really, it hadn’t been that traumatizing of an ordeal. Sure, maybe having the burlap sack thrown over his head as he was jumped on the way to his Jeep had been a bit of a surprise, but with John being related to who he was related to….it isn’t all that shocking. It was bound to happen sooner or later. John is honestly more shocked he didn’t realize it was happening until he was haphazardly thrown into the car with an undignified yelp. The car, or van, whatever the fuck it was, is stuffy and bumpy. Sweat pools around his neck and John really wonders for a second if this was some other elaborate prank from the rest of the staff of County General considering they seemed to make it their life’s mission to poke and prod at him. If they weren’t saving people’s lives, that is. Whoever it is had to have been pretty strong considering all the flailing and kicking John had done before getting tossed over their shoulder. John knows one thing. He’s never taking a night shift again.
